Director of the Department of Economics and Investment at the Kyiv City State AdministrationNataliia Melnyk holds the position of Director of the Department of Economics and Investment at the Kyiv City State Administration in Ukraine. Her educational foundation is rooted in legal studies and public administration, with specialist degrees from the National Aviation University (2006), the National Academy of Public Administration (2013), and the National University of Odessa Law Academy (2016).
From 2007 to 2017, Melnyk advanced through key positions in the Kyiv City State Administration, culminating in her current role since 2018. She is instrumental in driving the state’s economic and social development policies in Kyiv, focusing on investment attraction and foreign economic relations.
Nataliia is actively involved in the development and implementation of Kyiv’s economic and social programs, including overseeing infrastructure projects funded by the city’s budget and facilitating relationships with international financial organizations. Under her guidance, the department is crafting a new strategic vision for Kyiv, aimed at countering the economic effects of Russian aggression. She also initiated the Kyiv Investment Forum to attract development investments into the city. Nataliia Melnyk’s leadership continues to be pivotal in Kyiv’s ongoing economic resilience and growth.
