Social Affairs Counsellor at the French Embassy in London from 1993 to 1996. Then, he joined “Euroconsultants” a consulting company in Brussels for two years.
Back to Paris in 1998, he worked for France Telecom (now Orange) for 16 years, beginning as marketing director for public services. In 2002, he is appointed Group Director for public affairs. In 2005, he moved to HR domain and became Group Director for Employee Relations. In 2011, he is appointed as CEO of Orange Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2013, he is back to Paris and became Group Chief Compliance Officer.
He is member of Inframed, Marguerite 1 & 2, STOA.
Pierre-René Lemas, newly designated CEO of Caisse des Dépôts asked him to join the Group in 2014. Laurent is confirmed by Eric Lombard in 2017 when he took over from Mr. Lemas.

Laurent Zylberberg, Senior Executive Vice-President for International and Public affairs of Caisse des Depots Group since 2014. He is also chairman of European Long-Term Association (ELTI) since 2016.
Laurent is 59, has a political science and legal background. He holds a PhD (1992) in sociology. Political adviser for different Ministers (Home office, Defence, Prime Minister’s office, social affairs) from 1989 to 1993, he also taught at Sorbonne University and London School of Economics in political science and public law.
