Katja Ložina
Head of Investor Relations Department, Poznań City HallKatja Lozina is the Head of the Investor Relations Department in the Poznań City Hall, where she has been working since 2007. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2017, she served as the Deputy Head of the same department.
As the head, her main responsibility is promoting Poznań’s economic potential and enhancing the city’s image to attract new investments and companies as well as support existing ones. With her extensive knowledge of the investment location process, she has been successful in her endeavors. Katja Lozina has actively engaged with significant companies in Poznań, including international developers such as Skanska, Vastint, Garvest, and factories a.o. Volkswagen, Tuopu, Sinoboom, or Beiersdorf, as well as companies like Capgemini, Connectys, and Softswiss that have invested in Poznań. She is also responsible for Poznań’s participation in renowned business events for promoting city investment potential such as the Mipim fair in Cannes or Expo Real in Munich. Under her leadership, the Investor Relations Department has received numerous awards, including recognition for providing the best local authority support for investors among others the FDI European Cities and Regions for the Future 2023. Her dedication to excellence and ability to lead a successful team has been integral to these achievements. Thanks to the Investor Relations Department’s activity, Poznań has had the lowest unemployment rate in Poland for many years. Investor Relations Department contributions to the City of Poznan are remarkable, and its work continues to play a significant role in shaping the city’s economic future. |
