Helen Uvarenko

Helen Uvarenko is the International Program Lead at Kitsoft and Deputy CEO of BelDoc, a Belgian startup launched in collaboration between Kitsoft and the Belgian incubator Seven Seeds. She is a leader in digital transformation and international programs, specialising in the development of GovTech ecosystems and acceleration initiatives for startups.

At Kitsoft, Helen leads international GovTech initiatives in partnership with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and national governments, promoting the design and implementation of digital public services worldwide.

At BelDoc, she focuses on building a digital platform for business registration and management in Belgium — a solution that combines Ukrainian GovTech expertise with European digital governance practices.
