Filip Wadowski
Country Director, NESsT PolandBiography
| Filip leads investment strategy for a portfolio of high-impact enterprises in Poland and Romania as Country Director at NESsT Poland since 2019. He oversees the due diligence process, developing investment packages and supporting the investees to scale up their social businesses.
Previously worked at TISE in Poland (Crédit Coopératif group) as a Senior Loan analyst in the department of social enterprises. Filip is also a member of the evaluation committee decisive for grants award at the Foundation for Social and Economic Initiatives (FISE) in Warsaw and an economic expert at the “Jacek Kuroń” Social Enterprise of the Year Competition. Filip has a master’s degree in political sciences from Jagiellonian University in Krakow and completed postgraduate studies on cooperative banking and social economy in Brescia, Italy. |
