Ekaterina JALLIFFIER

Ekaterina Jalliffier is a Director and Board Member at the Sortition Foundation, where she promotes democratic innovation and citizen-led decision-making. With a strong background in social innovation and public-private collaboration, she previously led the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship at the World Economic Forum / Schwab Foundation, helping transform it into a global platform for systems change.

Her work spans roles at UNICEF, the International Labour Organization, and the Institute for Economics and Peace, focusing on inclusive funding models, private sector engagement, and peacebuilding. She began her career in strategy consulting at Accenture. Ekaterina holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University and a Master’s in Social and Cultural Anthropology.
