Bogdan Ponomar is a tech entrepreneur and ecosystem builder who turns frontier AI into revenue, community, and deal flow.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of product, people, and capital, Bogdan has launched, scaled, and exited ventures across SaaS and deep-tech. At Gathers (SLUSH TOP-100 in 2023), he led the development of an AI-powered market researcher and later pivoted the company into RapidCase—a now essential medical summary tool for injury law firms.

As the founding CEO (now President and Board Member) of AI HOUSE, he grew a casual coffee meetup into Europe’s largest AI community, connecting over 10,000 talents and 200+ partners. He also co-founded Roosh Circle, a private club where some of Europe’s brightest tech leaders exchange strategies and investment opportunities.

Earlier in his career at Ciklum, Bogdan developed the strategic playbook that helped the company expand from a regional leader into a global delivery powerhouse—breaking into new markets and profit lines without safety nets.
