Adrian WOLKERSDORF

Adrian Wolkersdorf is a Senior Policy Officer at the Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation. He works in the Division for Bilateral Digital Policy, which is responsible for Germany’s digital cooperation with non-EU countries. In this capacity, he is responsible for digital policy cooperation with Ukraine. Guided by clear rules, strong partnerships, and European values, the ministry promotes an innovation-driven, forward-looking, and responsible digital transformation. Germany is committed to shaping the global digital order through international norms, common standards, and trusted partnerships. The ministry works closely with partner countries to build reliable international frameworks in digital policy, foster open markets, reduce technological dependencies, and strengthen cooperation in key areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Before joining the ministry, Mr Wolkersdorf had already worked for several years in the field of digital policy.
