Hannah RHODES

Hannah Rhodes is the Associate Director of Global Entrepreneurship Programs at INCO, where she leads initiatives to support impact entrepreneurs, with a focus on those from underserved and underrepresented communities. With deep experience across both public and private sectors, Hannah designs and scales programs that foster inclusive economic growth and support mission-driven founders around the world.

Prior to joining INCO, Hannah spent four years at Meta, where she led the development of social impact programs across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, focusing on digital inclusion, community resilience, and economic empowerment. Her global perspective is further shaped by her work leading and facilitating across a range of incubators and accelerators, including the University of Canterbury Entrepreneurship School and Singularity University’s Global Solutions Program.

Hannah is committed to creating equitable opportunities through entrepreneurship and impact-focused use of exponential technologies, particularly in regions undergoing transformation and renewal.
