Alex KUGAJEVSKY

As part of the NATO Innovation Fund’s Mission Platform Group, Alex is focused on the commercialization and adoption of of emerging technologies across the Alliance.

Previously, Alex was involved with a number of investment funds and their portfolios, accelerators, and early-stage ventures—all focused on investment in and scaling of disruptive companies. Prior to his private sector experience, he was staff director of a Congressional committee providing oversight of defense research and procurement programs. He started his career in the military, spending the majority of his service in special operations units. Alex holds a dual major B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College, a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, a M.S. in Data Analytics from The Ohio State University, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation
