Manuel VEIGA ALDEMIRA
Manuel Veiga Aldemira is a senior executive, attorney, and innovation consultant with over 15 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and Ukraine. His career spans corporate governance, operations, and frontier technologies, with a focus on applying innovation to healthcare and recovery in conflict-affected contexts.
He previously served as Group COO and Board Member of Jacob Jensen Design, directing multi-country operations in China, Thailand, and Denmark, and advising international corporations on growth strategy, design innovation, and governance. Since 2022, his work has centred on humanitarian recovery in Ukraine. As Senior Manager of the 3D Innovation Laboratory at the Superhumans Centre, he established and led Ukraine’s first donor-funded medical 3D-printing facility for prosthetics and rehabilitation, building multidisciplinary teams and securing international partnerships to align innovation with donor and government priorities.
In parallel, Manuel serves as Board Member and National Delegate for Ukraine at AGA Ucraina, Spanish charitable organisation supporting rehabilitation, medical technology, and community recovery projects. He is also advancing the Neskoreni Project, a digital platform for injury and invalidity assessment and labour reintegration, designed to align Ukrainian standards with EU frameworks.
