Olga Diakova

Co-founder of Impact Force, David Lynch Foundation in Eastern Europe

Olga Diakova is the co-founder and visionary of the NGO Impact Force, head of Organizing Committee, Kyiv Investement Forum, co-founder of the agency OII Meaningful Communications, and co-founder of the David Lynch Foundation in Eastern Europe. With two decades of experience in driving social behaviour change, Olga has made a lasting contribution to notable initiatives including Slow Food Ukraine, OII Meaningful Communication, the Ukrainian branch of the David Lynch Foundation, Kyiv Investment Forum and Impact Force Forum. 

Her work has been formally recognised with the Order of Anna of Kyiv, a national honour for extraordinary service to Ukraine, and she is widely acknowledged as a leader shaping Ukraine’s future resilience model.

Her influence extends far beyond Ukraine. In 2024 – 2025 alone, she represented Ukraine at the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Clinton Global Initiative (where Impact Force became a 2024 Commitment Maker), and the European Parliament during Women’s Entrepreneurship Day. She also led the Impact Force Forum 2024, a flagship advocacy platform that united 500 stakeholders and 30 experts to advance inclusive resilience in Ukraine. 

Her work centres around key areas such as: Mental health (David Lynch Foundation; ReStart Mindset); Inclusive society (ReStart Mindset); Promotion of sustainable food systems (Slow Food Ukraine); Development of impact-investment in Ukraine (Kyiv Investment Forum); Growth of the energy efficiency sector (Innovators of Energy Efficiency in Ukraine).

Olga is a committed advocate of a systemic, ecosystem-based approach. She champions the implementation of national-level programmes aimed at improving mental health, fostering inclusive environments, and building economic resilience as foundations for Ukraine’s sustainable post-war recovery.
